Donna White

BOARD MEMBERS
Board Member
Donna White was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, completing a double major in Biology and Chemistry. She is the proud mother of one daughter. With over 25 years of experience in various managerial positions, she stepped away from her professional career.

Donna is an active member of Barnes United Methodist Church since 1981. She has actively participated in several church ministries, as well as various organizations. Her contributions include:

- Acolyte Coordinator
- Certified Lay Speaker
- Member of the Indianapolis Senior Citizens Transportation Advisory Board
- Volunteer for the Barnes UMC Tutoring Program
- Volunteer for the Taste of Heaven Feeding Ministry
- Co-Chair of the Bereavement Committee
- Member of the Baccalaureate Committee
- Volunteer and Advisory Team Member of the You Feed Them Missional Food Pantry Inc.
- Volunteer for NBA Cares

After dedicating years to volunteer work, she re-entered the workforce for several additional years before resigning to become a full-time caregiver for her mother. Throughout her time as a caregiver, Donna's dedication to volunteering never wavered.
The scripture from Deuteronomy 15:10 inspires her passion for helping others: "You shall give to him freely, and your heart shall not be begrudging when you give to Him, for this is what brings blessings from the Lord your God in all your endeavors and undertakings."

January 2025 is Donna's first year serving as a Board Member.
