Carol Hall

Carol Hall serve as a Board Member. She is retired from managing and maintaining compliance assessments for Federal Health and Human Services for Head Start programs across the nation.  She has developed, implemented and monitored program multi-million dollar budgets. Created, implement, trained organization board policies. Recruited and maintained volunteers and records that amounted to more than $150,000.00 annually. Recruited, trained and maintained parent, staff and community partners relationships. She also was employed as secretary for State of Indiana Highway Commission for 13 years.

Carol has an AA Degree from Marian College in Early Childhood Development. An Accredited Parliamentary Certificate. Is a Graduate of the Prosecutor Citizens Academy. Also have served as secretary for many groups and several boards.

She is a Mother, is people-oriented, has the ability to communicate to all people on any/all levels. She is detailed-minded to truth and facts. She was one of the first to volunteer, train and serve with the You Feed Them Missional Food Pantry since March 2017. 

Her Life’s Goal, “If I can help somebody as I go along my life’s road, then my living will been in vain!”
